So
many
garlands!
So many lights!
It’s Xmas time,
Everywhere is bright!
Santa Claus will come to town,
Perhaps together with Mrs. Claus,
Carrying tons of gifts made by their elves,
However, not in large quantities to deliver
To each and every town’s unfavoured child
Who pains me whenever I see with his nose
Glued to the window display of a store,
Staring at one toy red car,
He would love to play with
As if doing it with
a
STAR!
a
STAR!

ReplyDeleteWonderful post, Belita, are they really children, looks like triplets, I saw some dolls arranged like that outside a toy shop window once, why asking.
ReplyDeleteMy heart is breaking for all our homeless children, some standing on street corners begging, every single traffic light has a beggar with a sign. It is sheer impossible to give them all *sniff*
They are dolls, Marianne!
