In less than a few minutes,
You can smile at someone,

Smell a flower, hear the crickets
Chirping in the dewy grass,
Listen to the voice of silence,
Start dancing or start crying,
Say the ‘Yes, I do’ that will change
Your life forever,
or
Say the ‘No’ that you may regret later.

In less than a few minutes,
You can feel the bitterness of defeat

or

The thrill of victory,

The fear of uncertainty

or

The illusion of security.

In less than a few minutes,

You can love, share, forgive,

 Wait and always be who you are...

In less than a few minutes,

You can save one’s life
or

Make someone feel happy

and...

Realize that the eternity

Is not in a few minutes, not in a minute,

but,

In the current moment!
