I passed by a house, peeped into the patio and took the above photo...
What was there on that chair?
1. A KID'S TOY
2. A LUNCH BOX
3. A GREY CAT
4. A CERAMIC FROG ORNAMENT
5. A RED WATERING POT
6. BALLS OF WOOL IN A BASKET
~~ Thanks all who are going to join the FUN ~~
~~ Have a great start of the week ~~
I'd have guessed a book, but since that's not a choice I'll go with wool in a basket.
ReplyDeleteProbably no resident in that house is a bookworm...
DeleteLooks like the kind of place a cat would curl up for a nap.....so i'll say No.3 Grey Cat.
ReplyDeleteBTW....I have some new photos posted on my page, taken at a local zoo.
I agree with you, any cat would love to have a nap on that seat...
DeleteI am going with a lunch box.... I haven't been around much with my son visiting, he leave tomorrow, slowly normal life returns... lol... ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure the contents in a lunch box would suit your taste...
DeleteGlad to know your son has visited you. I'm pretty sure you had a fantastic time together...
I was thinking the big possibility of "Cat", but since Mitch took that, I want to choose another one. :)
ReplyDelete5. A RED WATERING POT.
You know the climate, here, in Portugal...
DeleteI have to agree with Mitch......chose it on the reader's page so he didn't influence my choice.....besides a gray cat would be purrrfect there!
ReplyDeleteHave a good week ahead, Belita
Cats are very common in Portuguese houses...
Deletea kid's toy
ReplyDeleteKids always leave toys anywhere, indoors or outdoors, don't they?
DeleteBalls of wool in a basket :)
ReplyDeleteNowadays, hand-knitting is not so common among Portuguese women as it was before, however, there are many women who find it a good means to relieve stress...
DeleteI forgot to let you know how I'm glad to see you on here, Cina!
DeleteI am going to say ..... a lunch box!
ReplyDeleteI see, you and Monica, are tuned on the same wavelength....
DeleteA LUNCH BOX is my guess Belita.
ReplyDeleteWow, Fatos, you...too!
DeleteA grey cat
ReplyDeleteYou, as a Portuguese, know well the reality in this country... but...
DeleteI don't see anyone going with CERAMIC FROG ORNAMENT so I do. Perhaps Belita has never posted about the purpose, in Portugal, of having frog figures either at the entrance of houses or at shop windows. They are believed to refrain gypsies from getting into and doing something nasty.
ReplyDeleteClara, as I know you hate frogs, your choice gave me a smile...
Delete4. A CERAMIC FROG ORNAMENT
ReplyDeletenot sure why, except I think there is a green watering can on the other chair, so that one out, doubt wool, but again, maybe, you never know with Belita. Coudl be a cat or a lunch box too ................ just a wild guess and I like frogs *smile*
There is always a reason to choose this or that option...
