I took the above photo at the Oporto's city park.
The clouds and the rain never stay for long in Portugal.
After three days of showers during last week, Lisbon has been warm and sunny.
This afternoon, I stayed comfortable on the golf course wearing a sleeveless polo shirt.
I look forward to a very fine weather over the weekend.
Blue sky will dominate and no rain is forecast.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Danette! I like people asking... no reason to hate.... Before posting, I googled but I couldn't find the name of that duck, assuming that it is a duck. I'm sure Mitch knows it. I hope he visits the page to teach me the name.
ReplyDeleteHi Belita!! Hope you have a great weekend!! I'm not 100% sure, but I think the bird may be a Mandarin Duck, although it seems to have more blue wing feathers than a typical Mandarin.
ReplyDeleteThis morning, I have given a call to the PR department of the City Park and I was told it''s not a Mandarin Duck but a type of a species named Egyptian geese. Anyway, thanks so very much for your visit and words.
