Look at the old woman's face...
a story unfolds, and each of you can build one ...
a flow of memories, a journey into the old woman's world ...
unique, full of emotions, feelings, moments, perhaps many of which not happy at all...
wisdom and knowledge gathered over the years...
and more...

ReplyDeleteThank you, Danette!
DeleteI really like that photo, makes one curious what kind of story or stories she would tell. :-)
ReplyDeleteAn inspirational story that will touch all our hearts this picture conveys.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks, Shane!
DeleteThat photo certainly has depth and gives food for thought
ReplyDeleteThank you, Pat!
DeleteHer thoughts appear to be troubling....she looks worrisome
ReplyDeleteBelita this is an awesome capture of a senior as all your senior captures are....!!
You are always so kind, Linda!
DeleteWonderful shot, Belita!! Her face tells a story of a long, but not necessarily happy, life. I wonder what she was thinking about ?
ReplyDeleteMost probably she was recalling her past with more minus than plus signs....
DeletePerhaps we are reluctant to meet the eyes of the homeless or the street people because we are agraid of what we might see. We don't want to know her story or how she came to this for fear it will be our story and we will end up in a similar situatoin.
ReplyDeleteDo you think so, Tim? You might be right....
DeleteI like the story I read in this picture, it's simply full of life...
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw her and looked her face I read a very interesting story, not necessarily a happy one, yet a story with many pages, none of them was blank....
DeleteThanks, Edoardo, for your visit and comment!.
ReplyDeleteexcellent choice, it does tell the story
