CAN YOU GUESS??? #141

I think I can say that the only cons I find in my neighbourhood is the non-existence of commerce and services. This happens in some residential areas, in Portugal. Consequently, whenever I need something very simple like a zipper or get some of my shoes mended, I walk to the nearest town and return back by bus. My flat is in a building that sits at the top of a hill and cardiologist has told me that I shall always walk on flat ground.

Last time I went to that town and passed by a derelict house, I noticed that the window that I had seen before with no graffiti, exhibited now a big bird holding a key from his beak.

 The bow (covered by the ladybird sticker) showed a specific shape.
