THE SURPRISING HERMÈS WINDOWS

Chiado district is Lisbon's traditional shopping area that mixes old and modern commercial establishments. Whenever I walk there I don´t miss Hermès windows. It happened on last Saturday, too. Before reaching the store, I always keep thinking: what will they be this time?
The incredible world of insects, basically...

Interesting was also a sandal mould made of plaster of Paris, on display together with a variety of tools related to footwear industry...

... in stark contrast with the delicate bone china cup exhibited in between two apparently heavy - most probably not - pieces of stone (?).

I left Chiado feeling delighted by the windows of Hermès...

~~ Thanks for stopping by ~~

~~ Have a wonderful week ~~

  1. Agora este post fez-me lembrar o tal grilo. Espero que continue a alegrar a casa, como alegrou a nossa viagem.
Boa reportagem, sempre atenta aos pormenores.

    1. Isabel, que bom vê-la por aqui! As serenatas do grilo vão alegrando a noite, sem qualquer incómodo para a vizihança. Obrigado pela visita e seu simpatico comentário...
