Despite a very shy sunshine, a golf tournament that was held last saturday at a nice golf course, enabled the players to enjoy several hours surrounded by nature.
A short 'gourmet intermezzo' by the young chef Fabio Bernardino, a frequent presence on several TV shows, pleased most of the players with special fried bread filled with raw tuna fish: not me, as I never eat raw fish.
A cup of the delicious Italian ILLY expresso delighted my palate and gave me enough energy to finish the 18 holes and arrive in high spirits at the 19th hole.
By the way the word 'Illy' other than being the family name of the founder of the Italian coffee roasting company, and beside its common meaning for 'fresh, cool', it's the acronym for 'I love love you'!!! Very romantic and sweet word, isn't it?
