Very seldom do I have the opportunity to play a tournament together with a professional golfer. Therefore, when I got the kind invitation to take part in the PRO-AM Ladies Peugeot 2017 I promptly accepted it.
Aroeira Golf Club is located just a 35 minute drive south of Lisbon. The course is set within an abundance of pine trees, native scrub, at times making players feel like they could be playing in the heath lands.

The event ended with a lunch party at the Clubhouse that in a way is a throwback to another time! A wooden structure with an outdoor veranda, a rustic and an understated look but very comfortable and classy.
