Life has made me be in Paris for a week....
The weather has been very fine, though already cold in the evening. Paris seems to be obsessed with Covid-related measures. Even if you have a coffee al fresco you are requested to wear a mask!!! At every corner - of course, my exaggeration - there is a tent for testing and/or innoculation. At some of these, I see long queues of youngsters, mainly. I have already been here for several times. No reason to visit the traditional must see ones. Unfortunately, I arrived on the very same day the disassembly of the wrapping work of the Arc de Triomphe had begun. I would have loved to have seen the work by Christo.
Strolling in this city is very pleasurable and I have been walking and walking without a specific destination, except yesterday when I strolled around Le Marais and Les Halles, while today I spent the afternoon at La Defense neighborhood.
