  1. I will go along with wick! I can not find the technical difference between wax and flame.... as what I find seems to be the same, so I say 'wick'.....

    1. Wax wicks are normally used for oil lamps and they are inserted in small-sized cork floaters, while flame wicks are used for handcrafted candles. They are made from 100% cotton and contain no lead or metal.

  2. Terrific detective work is needed here. Too bad I am not a terrific detective. She is clearly making something, and I appreciate your telling us the difference between wax wicks and flame wicks. Hmmmm..... Unable to identify the other objects in the picture, I am going just with the position of her hand and say sewing needle.

  3. I see... some of you must like sewing... not my favorite thing at all... just stitching whenever it's necessary...
