Yesss, I’m independent
But I also get bored
Being home alone all day
As if I have been ignored,
Whenever this happens,
I stand on the windowsill
Watching the passers-by
Who turn a blind eye
Because they don't know me.
As I can’t read a human’s mind
I wonder what is going on
Behind all those faces
Whose skin is not brown.
Behind all those faces
Whose skin is not brown.
....
Simply longing for a warm embrace?
or
Waiting to be deeply entwined?

I really like the effect of your photo and I think you were reading the kitty's mind...poor baby needs some love :)

ReplyDeleteI am sure my three cats would have some advice, but I did not ask them. Very nice photo and good words. A bored cat just usually sleeps.
